Honestly though saw the thread title and immediately assumed it would be about some WA3 proposal, in light of the City of South Perth and Town of Victoria Park amalgamating, provisionally dubbing the new council South Park.

They should definitely do it. It would get people across the world paying attention to it and hence the 19th AFL license potentially.

I actually thought that was why the thread had been bumped.

Freo did pretty well out of it - our cockburn headquarters are now in the less objectionably named Jervoise Bay.

Being from Melbourne, I have no idea what LGA boundaries are changing out in WA.

However after doing a bit of research, I did find it humourous that the Local Government Minister who approved this LGA member's surname was "Simpson."

All we need is this new South Park LGA to have Family Guy, Futurama and American Dad references somehow tied into it and the rest will "animate" itself out.
