yes i dont have Jason McCartney number here (would have had him if) but his number 5 jersey will be made. #5 was my friend's number and he doesn't play anymore (but will still get him a jersey, along with me own #82 in the goalie cut size jersey).
ps when i do end up ordering them (sometime in the future) will take orders from you all if you all would like one of the jerseys ($80 total).

Ive noticed them too. He's trying to make an Ice Hockey league in America (I think) and hes basing the teams on past AFL designs. He keeps asking the FJGD to make new designs whenever an idea pops in his head and then puts it to a poll somewhere on either the North, Fitzroy or Graphic Design Board.

Thanks goalieboy82. Just played the song. Took me back 20 plus years, to those wonderful memories of going to the various venues and waiting in eager anticipation for the banner to go up, the roar of the faithful and the mighty Roys running out, in still the best colours in the VFL/AFL, to still the best tune.

Of course as a supporter of North now, the much more recent memories of the same are just as good.

I can look forward to experiencing all that again in the near future with North but the sad bit of those memories is that I feel for so many old Royboys and Roygirls, who no longer have anything football wise to look forward to and are lost to football forever

goalieboy82 is an Ice Hockey man from the US, whose team has very similar colours to Norths. Has become a North supporter and Big Footy poster on the North board. He is a very good man to have on board and is trying to bring a Fitzroy flavour to the league he is setting up. Wander over to the North board and while you are there have a look at our "sympathy for *essendon" thread.

We really are in *essendon's corner over there. :D
