That was sort of my issue with it, the tone of it seems pretty dated to the time it was made. If I saw it 15 yrs ago I prob would have thought it was awesome, just seemed kind of cheesey now.

I think you are very much on the right track.. players (through lawyers) have been demanding 'all the evidence' for a while.. so it suggests they know there is more to the story and they want all of it so they can blow this case out of the water.. like pictures of Thymomodulin.. and the spreadsheets with the same heading etc etc..

Right now I am very concerned about the future of ASADA.. The French case bought down ASDA.. and this really could see the undoing of ASADA.. incompetence at the highest level.

Iirc this stuff was seized as part of the investigation so the players do not have copies...if this is correct thats extra scummy from SALAdA

Switched off this morning when they both chose to not even discuss the recent developments with Charters, just glossed over it like it wasn't relevant in any way, trolls the pair of them.

Stephen Dank says it was extremely unlikely he would attend a December 15 AFL tribunal where 34 past and present Essendon players will respond to infraction notices.

"I want it delayed to January when the Hird decision is handed down."

"I will not be dictated to or bullied by the AFL," he said,

"My barristers are looking at all relevant avenues with regards to the NRL and the accreditation issue," he said.

"They have taken counsel in relation to the way the AFL has conducted this investigation and are now in the process of formulating appropriate action."

"They will, in due course, advise the AFL when this legal action will begin."

My old man actually knows KB from back in the day. From the only account he's given, dead set *******. The fact he's even given one account says a lot. He doesn't waste words on people he doesn't like.
