We're very fortunate to be given the insight that we do get from the club, not just now, but all year.

They should be doing kicking sessions after the time trials, that is when you can get a better picture of those who have technique problems, very hard to kick accurately when fatigued if you have a sloppy technique. Can't practice this during the season but should get half the squad to do 2k run to footies and then hit players on the lead, give the players good practice to deal with fatigue, then switch around.

Those who can't hit the side of a barn should be blacklisted from kicking the ball inside the forward 50 during games.
