cheers mate. Our kids u12s scraped into the final 4 by %. we thought we had no chance and got a call Tuesday to get to training! So AFL training has been cancelled for at least another week! haha

Any idea when some games will be on fox?

Opening day on April 6th which will likely be 3/4 games from early in morning

Another home run for Bryant this morning, This guy is just incredible

Think he will start the season triple A and get a call up a week or 2 in. Hope he has a monster season.

Boras making plenty of noise about how he should break with the club.

Essentially, if he's held down for abut two weeks/10 games or so the Cubs will have him for a full extra year of control, he becomes a free agent after 2021. If he comes up now he's a free agent after 2020. Given the way Boras operates, liking to have his clients go to free agency rather than sign extensions, it's a pretty sensible idea to keep him down. Plus he's had a few issues defensively and some shoulder fatigue so there's a cover of baseball reasons.

Potential challange to it coming up, but he isn't even on 40 man roster at this point. Very excited for when he does come up though. 9 home runs plus one in a B game this spring. And his swing is almost like a cricketers in how easy it is, it's all just great timing off the bat.Yet so powerful. This was todays home run.

Yeah will miss first 3 series i would say. Smart business move, but in saying that the fans have also suffered for a long time and there is merit in giving them there best prospect forever on opening day
