He looked the goods, though he had plenty of opportunity to show his stuff since the ball was down there a lot.

Certainly was not intimidated & not a deer in the headlights either. His draft highlights reminded me a bit of Rances helter skelter from the back. But George has more composure than Rance at the same time/stage, while still showing the determination & some skills...I likey

True. Must admit I didn't have high hopes for him as I thought as a junior he was too frenetic and wouldn't cope with AFL standard pressure, but on the contrary his freneticness is kinda good cause he's just involved in everything, wasn't expecting that. If he can work on his composure under pressure we might have a good un here. No one better to learn that off than Alex Rance

Reminded me a little of Harbrow, obviously not as good, but similar frantic running defender.

Maybe a defensive mid similar to the role Hunt plays is his best chance of making it. I saw him play in the middle the last couple of games for our 2's and didn't look out of place
