A little cliched but it's got some great moments, plus it's good to get some asian representation out there as they ridiculously under represented in Hollywood.

Wayward Pines starts on Foxtels FX channel on May 14,so it looks like it's hours after the USA showing.

Actually that's odd,it debuts in the USA & Aus on May 14 o_O
Either FX have their dates wrong and it should be the 15th on Foxtel or it's being shown here before the USA

Vince Gilligan wrote this pilot 10 years ago for CBS which they rejected, since the success of Breaking Bad the pulled it out and got David Shore (House M.D) to be the showrunner. Gilligan's involvement in this show is really minimum.

Just realised that the dad in it played Kim Jong Un in The Interview.

It's getting decent reviews, I might give it a spin.

EDIT: Watched the first 2 eps last night, didn't laugh once. I only kept watching because it had Paul "Andre Nowzick" Sheer in it.

Watched CSI:Cyber last night. Not good.

I have a theory that there are only about 3 or 4 decent writers in the world and obviously none of them are working on this. Only way to explain how much bad tv makes it onto the screen
 
Watched Last Man on Earth last night and had a few chuckles. Seriously considering a toilet fountain for home ;-)

Also watched Battle Creek - was expecting a more serious type show to be honest. Mixed feelings.
