Perhaps you've chosen the wrong captain on a few of those instances but that's clearly with reason .

Ill be honest, I was shocked at how many clubs didnt have one person competent enough to run the show by themselves and therefore only chose the one I felt was relevant.

I've been running the show for two seasons now....
