"TB4 wasn't banned" : Dank

So where are the records of who got given what, mxett ?
Dank would know given he ran the program. Where are they Mr Dank?
Seriously. It needs to be explained to you that people quite often sue another party to win damages? I've heard that's a thing in civil jurisdiction.

We're not even talking Robbo's year 11 legal studies here.
Dank has threatened to sue everyone over the last 2 years. How's that working out for him?

lol, Ian and his choose a box games. Priceless
The armchair critic hit the nail on the head about a guilty party not going to court. And besides Dank said he's doesn't have the records, EFC has them!

That would the most advantageous scenario for Dank. He can mitigate any claims against him because his defence would be the club knew and approved the program. Crikey just go and see the records as everything was recorded and approved.

The notion that Dank is storing all this secret info and is going to blast the whole thing apart is moronic.

What is this some kind of rope-a-dope move, he lets himself get dragged through s**t for years then suddenly go into destroy mode?

He had his card, the text messages with Hird, and he played it immediately. He hasn't said s**t since apart from "oh we're going to court".

Your judgement is as s**t as always, Bunk.

Dank didnt play that card. He did get a rugby league journalist - Danny Weidler - to show it, just in case anyone was thinking about any deals that let Essendon off while smashing Cronulla.

Yes, the lying and deceptive piece of scum James Hird was up to his neck in the program. But the full suite of text messages that would show that hasnt been dumped as a whole into the hands of people who will use it. People like, I dunno, Caro.

At the moment, weak minded James Hird fans can lie to themselves. Once the full suite of text messages comes out, even you and mxett will have trouble keeping a straight face when you say 'But James Hird wasnt in charge of the doping program'.

Well, I put thymosin beta 4 into my WADA iPhone app.

It said, No results.

Then it said:

If a Substance or Method you have searched for is not found, please verify with your Anti-Doping Organization to ensure that this Substance or Method is not prohibited as a related Substance or Method that fall under an existing category.

So, I checked on ASADA and it says prohibited in and out of competition.

Hmmmmm, I wonder what that means?

It means you can use it as long as you don't get caught.

Dank said he had detailed records, which he had left at Essendon.

"It was certainly left on the club intranet," he said. "Those records recorded every player on a spreadsheet for every day, every week, every month of the season.

"You probably need to ask Essendon Football Club [where they are]."

"I can say for sure that those records were kept ... after my leaving the club. And that has been verified through an external body."

"You would need to discuss with both the AFL and the Essendon Football Club why they have tried to perpetrate the line that these records don't exist."

Taking anything he says on face value is idiotic

In the age of digital files, I struggle to believe he simply left records at Essendon and didn't keep a copy for himself.

Also what curse word only has three asterisks?

He was a model employee. He wouldn't have kept confidential company records in his possession.

yet today..........

"To say that we have not offered the information is not correct," he said.

"We certainly weren't prepared to offer it either to ASADA or the AFL because to be really blunt, for the bastardisation of this process. We want to leave this to a forum which is fit and proper and certainly ... we would not waste our time in the 'kangaroo court'."

Who the hell is he talking about?? Certainly not Essendon. So he's a lying piece of s**t

When did I ever say that?

So if you were ASADA/WADA lining up for a CAS appearance who would your dream witnesses be?
  • Hal Hunter
  • Dean Robinson (do gag contracts permit him to bear witness?)
  • The IT Departments of EFC and AFL - hard drive cleaning specialists
  • Adrian Anderson

He's really quit pissed about a drug he never used at Essendon being deemed as prohibited, isn't he?

I was listening to an interview with a former CIA interrogator who has brought out a book about how to know if someone is lying. He said one thing that people who are telling the truth do is they want you to know they didn't do it. And the liars rely on emphasis and exaggeration to convince.
His example; man steals money. Truthful words "I didn't steal that money".
Liars words "it wouldnt be in my character to steal money"
Danks wirds consistently line up witj a liar.

Maybe he's just long-winded even when telling the truth.

ie. plain speaking. NOT using euphemism. NOT using talking points. NOT using hypotheticals. NOT inverted reasoning and justifying why not.

just listen to Armstrong, Lance.

not looking in the eye. Or, then doing a creepy Jedi mind trick looking you in the eye.

when? After players are already banned? Hows that going to change things?

He signed an affidavit saying he didnt have records, so what's he going to produce exactly?

Whenever he can wangle some cash to keep him silent?

His best mate may have those records and so Dank can sign affidavits to his hearts content. He might have to let the ACC know they turned up though, a dangerous game perhaps?
