You forgot Langdon and Wilson lol but yeah his record would say he's a great coach but you got it right with the in game nous he would panic and start switching best backman to forward line etc which would be very annoying.

Yeah true. Langdon. LOL. I'm sure he was selected for entertainment value.
Have a look at this CWood grand final teams too. Very ordinary IMO.
Ben Johnson, Wakelin, Lonie, Tarrant, McKee, Betharis etc. average players that played better than they were. Wouldn't have done elsewhere. Add Kinnear, Lokan, J Cloke. Even Josh Fraser, who IMO was a complete spud, played out of his skin under MM.
