Similar to the concept of merging 2 failed teams to create a premiership team, which 2 coaches would you merge to create a premiership coach.

For example, I would merge Dean Bailey and James Hird. Dean Bailey was a great football mind but lacked motivational skills. Whereas James Hird was able to lead Essendon to a final series on raw emotion without having to change too much of Matthew Knight's game-plan.

Therefore, Dean Hird would have the inspirational and footy-smarts to lead an AFL team to a premiership.
