Got on the train at Richmond, and was checking the scores. 1-3 Got off at Southern cross, 4-3.

Just watched the replay. Crawford not entirely at fault for all 3 goals, the defence was poor (Looking at you Kane), and Crawford is easily rattled. He was shaky in OT. I would love to dump his contract and just roll with Darling/Raanta, but I know that's not going to happen.

As for Vermette. Did we over pay? Maybe. A dime a dozen defender who was buried in Rockford + a first round pick between 27-30 who isn't going to help us anytime soon. Vermette has been excellent at the face-offs, has added much needed centre depth, and allows Shaw to play on the wing. I'm happy with him.

Change shaky to perfect. And no well in hell should we lose Crawford.
