Happy to be corrected, but I don't think the initial piece of information ever even said he actually wanted out. It was purely about his dad and possibly manager getting their knickers all twisted over the betting thing, and perhaps his early lack of playing time.

I actually doubt Lachie was ever really that unhappy, and his Dad and managers views may have been adjusted since then.

Fair enough. Probably just a bit of bigfooty chinese whispers- goes from that, to all the talk of Hunter supposedly wanting out. Although I do recall reading that he wasn't exactly pleased with his club imposed suspension. Most players wouldn't be happy being suspended by their own club, I suppose, but it wouldn't be surprising to hear if all the things he's had to deal with this year made him, or I guess his camp, rather unhappy. We shall wait and see.

Good question. Has looked okay at best, but nothing special and has barely played a game. And as womble54 said it's a massive slap in the face of Collingwood. Buyer beware.
