Edwardo is keeping the Crows in it down at the Cattery. Still a favourite of mine

The Lions played some good footy, had more chances to kick goals. 1 passage of turnovers was disgraceful that gifted the Bulldogs a goal & back in the game. Sam Mayes a very ordinary kick across (backwards) the ground.

The spoon is easily the best thing for the club. Anyone saying otherwise is being too sentimental and unrealistic. Us finishing last vs us finishing 2nd last will make no difference to morale or culture.

Not sure how I feel about 'winning' the spoon...

The long term benefits immeasurably outweighs the short term stigma of the spoon, picks 1 and 2, gives us a fabulous foundation to build for the future (assuming we let Kreuzer go)

Like the long term benefit of getting three number 1 draft picks in a row.

Well we can't control what's happening at the Gabba, one benefit of winning the spoon again is the club could make ruthless and calculated list management decisions (pay Liam Jones out, let Kreuzer go as a free agent)

It could be the recession we had to have.

What an odd situation to be in for Brisbane now........What do they do leading going into the last?

Does someone come and have a quick word to Leppitsch? Could they do that? Would they?

Leppitsch is fighting to keep his job. Surely he'd be coaching for the win in the final stanza.
