Teams Seattle Seahawks - The 12th Man

Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman reports Jimmy Graham is "pissed off" and "hates" his role with the Seahawks.

According to Freeman, "several" Seahawks players have informed him of this and it's a "fact." Graham allegedly "hates what's happening in Seattle" where he's "barely looked at in the passing game." Through two games, Graham has just 10 targets, which is 15th among tight ends. We could see the target dip coming as soon as it was announced he was traded to the Seahawks, but not in this fashion. Russell Wilson has attempted more than 30 passes in each of the first two games, yet Graham doesn't have much to show for it. It's not like he's being asked to block more; per PFF, Graham has blocked on 31.7 percent of his snaps. He blocked on 30.5 percent of his snaps in New Orleans last season. Expect the Seahawks to try to feed him more this week against the Bears.

don't think they're that bad, 0-2 yes, but playing horribly? No.

Need to get Jimmy Graham more involved... They traded for him, fn use him! Need to throw the ball more, just make it a true balanced offense. No, the receivers aren't all that, but *, one of them is going to get 1on1 coverage with Graham taking away the safety help.

Time to make Wilson earn the $$$ he's being paid. He's a Quarterback, throw the *in thing! Can't hide behind the running game anymore. Time to grow up!

I don't think Russell is scared. It's Bevell trying to hide behind Lynch. I don't even know why we bother with the run game in the 1st halves since it never gets going until about half way through the 3rd when the defence tires.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Seahawks SS Kam Chancellor is ending his holdout and reporting to the team's facility on Wednesday.

Details aren't yet in, so it's unclear if the Seahawks have given in to Chancellor's contract demands, or if Chancellor is just sick of sitting around at home. Either way, Chancellor will be with his teammates for the first time since the spring after sitting out all of training camp, preseason, and the first two weeks of the season. It's hard to see him starting Week 3 against the Bears after having no practice time for months. With the Seahawks as two-touchdown favorites at home against the Jimmy Clausen-led Bears, it's a good time to let Chancellor get his feet under him. This is obviously great news for the remainder of the season.

Well that was bloody lucky. We should have put them away but as usual the o-line couldn't stop Russell from being hit time and again. How nobody could pick up the blitz on a continual basis I have no idea. Russell also needs to be just throw the ball away instead of trying to scramble and getting sacked. The D was once again brilliant.

Something needs to change with the o-line as Russ can't keep getting hit like that.

OLine has been a problem for years. It was hidden to some extent by Unger given his communication (pre-snap adjustments etc.) seemed much better. Hard with a rookie centre.

Cable has always got to get over his obsession with converting DLineman. Additionally when we do draft a specialist OL they are generally more proficient run blockers.

If Wilson wasn't our QB we'd go nowhere.

Wilson is so entertaining to watch. My favorite player. Glad i got a chance to see the game yesterday with Kam v Megatron at the end. Was as big a time play as i've seen.

Have to vent - what a loss and today proved that we won't make the playoffs

Full credit to Cincy - they got it done despite the margin. That is why they have the record they do.

I could cop the loss to the Packers - we weren't really in that game. The St Louis loss was also thrown away but I didn't think we deserved to win that game either.

Today was so frustrating and yet I could see it coming. The team has lost the killer instinct - Rawls did well but we need Beast back. LOB's and the D's last QTR was deplorable.

But again, Bevell's play calling at general killed any chance to win the game. This team just isn't the same and sadly we are not looking like a playoff team, let alone a contender, at all.

God this is f*****. The offence is a shambles and the defence is a shell of itself.

It must suck being on our defence making plays and then the offence doing nothing with it.

The only positive is that Russ and Graham finally clicked.

We are done - and deserve to be. So many negatives with this team - they should just start focusing on next year.

Rawls is an absolute beast. I know it was only San Fran but that was a much better performance- particularly on offence. The easy yards we were giving up at times was frustrating as hell but we were never seriously threatened. If we play like that for the remaining games then I can see us winning out (or going close) and hopefully picking up a wildcard spot.
