Not sure if it is an issue with Chrome or the site, but despite ticking the keep me logged in option when logging in, I find myself having to log in again 15-20 minutes later. Any ideas?
Our usual advice is that you delete your browser's BigFooty cookies and restart your browser.

Me too . Can I clear cookies without getting logged out of all sites?
Me too, being logged out using Safari on both desktop and iPad.
You should be able to search for bigfooty cookies.

It may be that you are going between http and https versions of the site.

Is there any particular point at which you get logged out? Clicking a particular link?

I have BigFooty (https) bookmarked, so would be surprised if I'm ever going to http version of site.

No obvious pattern to when I'm logged out, but it just suddenly started happening a few days ago. Typically I'll have been looking at BigFooty, and then looking out other bookmarked websites, and then when I go back to BigFooty an hour or so later I'm suddenly logged out. This is happening multiple times/day, when it never has before.

I've just cleared all cookies from iPad on Safari, so will see if that helps. I had already cleared all cookies from desktop Safari a few weeks back, but the BigFooty login problem has developed since then.

Obvious question: you're clicking the "Keep me logged in" box?

Whoops, should've checked before I typed.

I was on https version of page when I was typing, so assumed that was what I had bookmarked.

BUT when I went back and checked, bookmark was to http version. So I've fixed that, and hopefully that will fix the problem.

I'm still not sure why this problem suddenly arose, though, because I haven't changed anything, is it related to the latest website upgrade? Anyway, thanks for your help, Chief

Just an odd one.

When I go to the HTB on my work computer (Windows 8/Firefox) I lose my login and have to login in again. The details are all there, so it's only two more clicks, but just wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if I possibly need to tweak something to stop it happening.

We moved to HTTPS but there will be links and things floating around that send you back to HTTP or vice versa. We're finding them and fixing them quick as we can.

I'm also regularly getting logged out.
It started about a week a ago.
jim boy gave me an answer elsewhere which has fixed it for me. For whatever reason "https://" disappears. All I did was manually re type it and the problem disappeared.
