Hi all, long time lurker here! Sorry to trouble, but does anyone have the BEs for Dangerfield and Gaff this week? Over the next fortnight, am mooting something like:
Heppell -> Gaff
Poulter -> Danger
Thanks heaps in advance!
Cheers! Definitely have been considering Steele too with the allure of less tagger time under Ratten (plus his durability), although by his own words he isn't immune from run-with roles if the need arises. Considerable upside though...
Hey guys, new to the board here and just seeking an opinion on:
Merrett, McCluggage and Anderson
versus
Dunkley, Lyons and T. Brown?
Anderson is arguably one of the few MID rookies (alongside Rowell, Pickett) with rock solid JS, although his Marsh PPM wasn't amazing.
However, T. Brown (whom...
Hey, haven't played since 2017 (finished around top 10%) so looking to shake off the rust this year. Happy to be placed in any league!
Team name: Roman's Reigns
Out: Fyfe (concussion)
In: Switkowski / Crowden
Banfield was reasonable in the guts; he and Conca in tandem should be able to partly mitigate the short-term loss of Fyfe
Switkowski to replace Banfield on the forward flank, but may need more conditioning (or is apparently injured); otherwise...
I find this painfully ironic :'( posted just 2 days before the derby:
http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-08-03/complete-eagle-the-blueprint-for-young-dockers
"STAR West Coast midfielder Andrew Gaff's rise to become "a pretty special player" provides a blueprint for Fremantle young guns Andrew...
For all their posturing about being socially progressive, the AFL really ought to make a strong stand on this. This ain't a petty 'derby territorial war' matter - this is a moral issue with potential implications of miscarriage of justice (supported by Percy himself).
Amongst other things, the...
Is it worth it to get NRoo now and if so, is it better at the expense of Dahl or Smith? Fed up with both but Riewoldt is the furthest I can stretch to ATM .
Don't think he was omitted, rather injured (apparently didn't train today) as someone close to him mentioned that he has a sore ankle sustained from last week's game - hence why his scoring dropped off in the second half.
On the plus side, he was apparently likely to be picked if he trained...
I'm not Bender but Deluca is 21yo, averaging around 17 kicks, 6 handballs, 5 marks, 1.5 goals and 6 tackles from 3 games in the WAFL (around 111 points not counting frees for/against and behinds).

He's has been playing midfield this year although he...
Will try contribute more to this board, but have gone up 230 places overall to 177th (and 5th in the Bigfooty RDT group) with a score of 2,174 (56th this week). Staying humble as I'll drop next week due to not having a full squad, but happy nonetheless :D
Do you have Tuohy? In terms of the others, I think Simpson is a solid, consistent pick with a high ceiling and soon-to-be reasonable price - his recent scores in the 70s are hopefully just a temporary lean period not caused by a change in role. Montagna should also be safe-ish and has been...
Walters or Lynch (ADE) to bring in as a keeper?
Both have Round 13 scores and are priced mid-$400K.
I believe Walters is higher risk (hasn't been tagged, and posted his scores against weak-ish opposition; may still be played forward), higher reward (an elite junior mid, posted nice scores over...
I concur with freo_leo29. Only issue is whether Stephen Hill being out for 3-4 weeks would impact his scoring somewhat since they had great chemistry together. But for the dearth of non-Round 11 options you could do much worse.
Had a great WAFL game against East Perth but needs to build fitness from most accounts and not best 22 material; an optimistic view would have him breaking in to the side mid-year I believe :)
Hibberd or Smith for short-medium JS? Hibberd may be threatened by Wright, and Smith by Frost/Hibberd (especially when St. Kilda are going tall) although he is rated by the Dees?

I think Danyle Pearce needs to be mentioned here. I found it interesting that this was mentioned in his player bio regarding preseason:
"[Danyle's] having plenty of shots on goal and lots on inside 50 entry work. He wants to improve his efficiency in that area. He’s also looking to add to his...
