Ticketek have just released some extra tickets for Friday nights game. Must have been released back from the AFL. Was only nose bleeds left after public release last week but tonight they have released some decent seats if your still looking to go.

I paid $52.50 x 10 months for 2015 = $525
For 2016 I am paying $59 x 10 months = $590
Thats a $75 increase.
My wife has a silver membership;
She paid $42 x 10 for 2015 = $420
For 2016 she is paying $43 x 10 months = $430
Only a $10 Increase.
Scott Selwood was signing footballs with no.16 at the AFL trade radio in Docklands. Had a chat and he mentioned numbers were give to the new recruits yesterday. I asked about Paddy and he said he has taken number 35. He couldn't remember the others.

They have just released more seating for the game on Ticketek if anyone was thinking about going. (Previously it was only listing General Admission available) Have decided to book tickets and make the trip from Melbourne. Anyone else going?
Apologies if I have missed something but I thought I read during the year that Hawkins will have Surgery on his back at seasons end? Or it assumed that a long period of rest will fix the issue? If its the latter, I'm worried we might end up with another season of what we had this year.
Unfortunately the cost does put people off. Geelong supporters had to pay $80 each for week one and two and now $170 for a prelim ticket. I would be disappointed if it can't get over 85k.
Let's hope the all MRP members have the same opinion as Mark Robinson.
From Tackle;
"The match review panel ruled Franklin negligent and medium impact. Surely Chapman gets the same negligent category and surely he gets low impact. There were no scans for Gray after all.
If so, it means...
Pretty good crowd comparing to that list. Two non-Melbourne teams playing at G drew over 50k is a great result. Weather forecast for today predicted thunderstorms and rain which would have turned people off.
Discount is an AFL initiative that was worked out before the final series not because Geelong lost. Harden up.
And what do you want from Chris Scott. "Don't turn up this week because we lost last week". Pathetic!
Did you even watch the game on Saturday? Comparisons to Carlton.....We would...
Don't forget if you bought a ticket for the Freo game you get 20% off this week.

I assuming the series ticket game is the Hawthorn vs Sydney game looking at the available tickets? Then adding the 6,000 series tickets onto Hawks vs Swans game means they have sold the same amount of tickets so far. I think 65k for the Hawks V Swans and 60k for the pies vs Power.
Geelong tweeted an hour ago that all seats are sold and less than 200 standing room tickets remained. Will be sold out soon before the day ends if it hasn't already.
I assume as its a final they will be able to get as many tickets as they want until its sold out. Tickets will go on sale to both clubs members at 9.00am, why limit the amount to one club?
