That’s my point - Lindisfarne don’t have 16/18s this year and 16s in recent years as they’ve been cherry picked by Clarence at U15 age. Not knocking the Roos, they’ve gotta look after themselves too - just saying what’s been taking place.

Let me get this right: The STJFL have allowed overage permits in recent years but have waited until the eve of the season to advise they’ll no longer do so?!

I said to a mate when Lauderdale started in the TSL - the North Launceston boys will get a shock when they see the place having been accustomed to AFL standard facilties at York Park. Imagine what Lauderdale was like before they did a series of improvements over time!

Could even have North Launy’s inaccuracy to thank for the margin not being over 200! 😳

Played TSL according to the Myrtleford post he’s shared. Well, he would have if he wasn’t incredibly lazy. Hope I’m wrong for the kid’s sake, but he threatens to be one of the all time great wastes of talent unless he develops a liking for hard work.

Don’t think Hobart were impressed when Huxley chose to continue playing senior football elsewhere in 2022.

He seems to be ticking off the TSL clubs one by one. Clarence will be his third club after previously being at Glenorchy and Launceston I think.

Merely saying there’s a heck of a lot of 20 year olds running around than there are 40 year olds mate. Yes there’s some old blokes running around in the OS twos, I know some myself - but my point being there’s not many.

If the Hobart Masters players wanted to play on Saturdays against guys less than half their age, they’d already be doing that. Going to the Old Scholars wouldn’t make it any easier to field two sides.

Hobart would need an urgent influx of players wouldn't they? Am I right in saying they aren’t able to compete in the Reserves Only again in 2024?
