This was a terrible result for the AFL's efforts to reduce concussions. Basically said it's ok to concuss someone as long as it's a football act. Duty of care doesn't exist anymore.

There's been essentially no community transmission, which is a huge point of difference to other states. You could get a test easy enough here, it's just we didn't have the same concerns as we didn't have the same level of community transmission, so not as many people felt the need for a test.
