Some interesting clearances with McVeigh to KV and Jon Gourley to Terrigal. Obviously both very hand pickups. A very handy addition for Terrigal who will now be hard to beat given their strength across the park and KV must be excited about the prospect of McVeigh!

It would be very disappointing if that's the case and I'm sure the BDAFL would be doing everything possible to assist and prevent this.

It will be interesting to see how Lake Macquarie and Singleton go in 2014. Also be good to see Nelson Bay go well and continue success in Premier Division. Beau Heeney back with Cardiff and reports are the Hawks are shaping up quite well.

I think Kurt Flemming from Terrigal and Anthony Stewart from City are both great chances for the Elliott-Davey medal. The finals should be very interesting this year through all grades. Great to see Terrigal beating City on the weekend, hopefully we see some great games between the 'Gig 3'...

Agree, I hate Killarney Vale supporters, but more importunately I agree that their beer is very suss. I think the League should crack down on that, giving those scum from Killarney Vale glass bottles is a recipe for disaster. Glad to hear Lucky had a word to those foul mouth supporters...

Well it seems like the divisionalisation is prety much set in stone: Premier Division (or whatever its called) Newcastle City Terrigal Cardiff Warners Bay Killarney Vale Lake Macquarie Division 1 (or whatever) Singleton Wyong Nelson Bay Cardiff 2s Newcastle City 2s Terrigal 2s Division 2...

I vote for the league to make the decision and the rest of us just worry about playing footy. I think a few people need to calm down a little bit, otherwise, get involved with the league and start making the decisions.

Luke Freemantle and Bryce Singleton to Lake Macquarie. Wyong losing Bryce is massive, a huge boost for the Dockers, all part of the influence that beachy is having on the club. dont be suprised if the Dockers go OK this year. Terrigal has some handy recruits.

They were fined for not fielding a team on the weekend. Its definitely a harsh slap in the face, i doubt a fine will fix the problem, but i guess it does make clubs work harder to get teams on the park each week in fear of a fine! Interesting to see how the Panthers v Hawkes and Dogs v Blues...

I doubt the BDAFL will award Cardiff a premiership because Justin Blumfield played well in an intraclub match, but i dare say if he plays through the season then that might go a long way to tipping the scales in Cardiffs favour, particually with Conlon and Orton back.
