No one in that list is worthy of running. If any of the Trumps do , it will be viewed as revenge and nothing else. All the others are tied to Trump for saying he didnt lose the election of 2020, so the stain will be around for a long time to come for the Recun*ican Party. They need complete...
I had gained permission from the WAFL for the Football Budgets, as well as being allowed to sell thumb drives of the results.
For the Wstside Football, I had permisson from the editor and the man who started the publication, Alan East. He was also happy for me to seel thumb drives of the scans...
Mike Ball, one of the first WA umpires to be in charge of a VFL game in Melbourne, passed away on Saturday at the age of 66 from dementia. He umpired over 200 WAFL games including 3 Grand Finals, and umpired 45 VFL games and several interstate matches.
They asked someone I know if they could borrow his thumb drive of the Westsides for some research. He had no idea they were going to upload them all and has apologised when we caught up with each other recently.
So have I. I'm the guy who scanned them to start with. They were uploaded without seeking permission from myself. I would not have minded if they just posted the pages covering the Amateurs, but to say I am beyond disappointed in their actions is an understatement. I would have considered...

Gerard Neesham from 1987 and 88 was a captain coach at Claremont, and a playing coach in 1989. Claremont won flags in 1987 and 89, and were runners up to Subiaco in 1988.
John McIntosh. Dont know the date yet. Played 51 games fo St Kilda, 146 for Claremont (WANFL), 18 State games for WA, and was runner up for the Brownlow in 1971.
No worries Emuboy. I have all the end of season ladder positions dating back to the B Grade in 1921 and the Colts from 1957. Perth have played West Perth in the B Grade/Reserves Grand Finals in 1922 (WP), 1955 & 57(P). They have never played each other in a Colts Grand Final. This Saturday will...
Perth and Subiaco have played each other twice in a Reserves Grand Final, 1972 and 1988. Subiaco won the first one and Perth the second. They have never played each other in a Colts Grand Final.
I stopped following Fremantle after they helped Peel Thunder win 2 premierships in the WAFL. it showed a total disregard to the competition, much like West Coast helping East Perth win three in a row at the start of the century.
To me, naming it after the Doig family is the best way to go. Mind...
With respect to the Doig Medal for Fremantle, it isnt just named in honor of George, but the family. For the first 40 years of football in the Fremantle region, there was always at least one Doig playing for East or South Fremantle. Many had long playing careers , and some like Ron Doig, passed...
This was the score for the WAFL REserves 2nd Semi Final in 1985
Swan Districts 3.6 13.12 19.13 28.22 190
South Fremantle 7.5 10.9 17.16 22.19 151
The aggregate for the game was 341 points
Hi Matt. Just replying to your message on the board. Let me know if you want to pay using direct deposit or Payapl and I will send the details.
I have also been transferring games from the 1980's onwards for Swan Districts from VHS to DVD. Let me know what you are looking for.

The scanning of WA football programs from 1921 to 2007 has now been completed. Thumb drives are now available of the scans. Each program has been saved as a PDF file. There are 2364 programs covering 87 years of the WANFL, WAFL, WASFL and Westar Rules, with 17 unable to be found.
A thumb drive...
There was a practice game at Bassendean Oval held before the series against Ireland began. I was able to get into the change rooms and get autographs from most of those players before the practice match. I'll scan them then upload the scans during the weekend.

I'm currently working on entering every Sunday football score in WA from 1946 to 2008 onto one spreadsheet. It will also include venues as well as reserves and colts scores.
Maddington(WA) Reserves Sunday FL 1992 8.0% Points for 255 Points against 3196
Kalamunda(WA) Reserves Sunday FL 1994 4.9% Points for 175 Points against 3551.
Kalamunda(WA) League Sunday FL 2000 6.29% Points for 220 Points against 3500. The team never won a quarter during the season.
I noticed on AFL Tables that Collingwood are currently sitting on 995 losses since 1897. Unless they hit form quickly their 1000th loss will be happening this year. Who do you think it will be against?
If I was a betting man, I would say Sydney or Port Adelaide...
Its hard to go past 60.18 (378) in a game between Swan Districts and Subiaco in 1979. Swans scored 40.11.251 while Subiaco kicked 20.7.127.
In round one of the WAFL today, Swan Districts scored 18.1.109 and still lost by 4 goals.
In WA Sunday football, Mails won the first four premierships in the Mercantile FL before losing the next three to Scarborough.
Scarbrough won six in a row in their first six years of playing.
Wanneroo also won six in a row. They were runners up the previous two years, won a flag before that...
September 10, 1932. A WANFL B grade match between Midland-Guidlford and Claremont-Cottesloe. Neither team could make the finals. It was a high scoring shoot out with 48 goals kicked, and only four goalscorers. Midland-Guidlford fed the ball to their full forward McGlashan, who scored 28 out of...
What a shitty list of contenders to choose from. There is no way Donald will run again in 4 years as he will be the same age Biden is now. All the crao he threw about Biden's age will come back to haunt him in four years if he nominates.
None of the others have a chance. They are either Trump...
