I thought you meant in his marking attempt.
That would be illegal front on contact anyway? He wasn't trying to mark it and hits the Carlton player's hands first (with his shoulder).
No, never touched it, realised he wasn't going to get it and tucked the arms in.
As mentioned in one of the footy shows...are we going to end up with a 'right of way' for players going for the footy?
I actually think they do want to win games, they are just hopeless at it. Lack of (basic) football knowledge means rubber stamping every decision from our incompetent footy department and inability to set KPIs that actually drive performance.
With 2 kids under 5 it's quite a logistics exercise (and expensive) to go to the footy.
Since I'm in the relapse boat of having my care factor slip away, I just don't bother much anymore.
Last game I went to was Tex's 10 goals, so that was lucky.
I don't know about Reid, our trading/list management has generally been OK, Keays was decent DFA pickup, Dawson( got cheap) Rankine (overpaid), got Rachele and Soligo signed to long deals early in their careers.
Our inability to draft anyone of elite talent is crippling.
