Sorry been offline - Turner, WHE, parfitt, pickett, smedts, butler, eddy all have better JS than your guys down back imo. rd 1 lineup will confirm if i am correct or not. i am not convinced many other than stewart if fit and Hampton can be relied on to get picked past rd 2. EVW and hibberd...
For mine you pick Marchbank for his job security first and foremost given the lack of decent rookie options down back. if he does really well that's a bonus. i reckon there are better rookie options up forward so am looking to go lighter up there with premos and deeper down back at this stage.
i think he will be better in that department. i think he will be better across half forward getting up the ground a bit but not too far from goal so he can still snag a few. the dogs are alot more even than the pies so he doesn't carry the burden he did for so many years. it's clear imo that for...
travis cloke.....pipe dream? 80 ave gets him to $430k. 85 to $460k. then can trade to premo. i need people to tell me to wake up (assuming his form in the next couple games doesn't do it for me).

I must admit my name and fussy have never been used in the same sentence when it comes to beers. Whatever it comes in works for me.

i have become very bored with a vanilla midfield of the usual suspects so tried shaking my whole team up. Have put in a midfield of Danger, Hanners, Neale, Treloar, Dusty, Fyfe and Swallow. Danger and Fyfe the only popular premos in that list. The rest have <14% ownership except swallow.
For me vlas was first picked in the backline this year. I'm very confident he will play primarily midfield and rest forward. Could go back in crunch times to save a game but unlikely I reckon. And I rate his quality high. Funnily enough I think he's the leader and composure we've been crying out...
As stupid as he is, dimma is lucky that balme and caracella have landed to make sure a guy like vlas plays mostly in the midfield which in turn will make dimma look better than he really is. he is a natural mid and can average 95+ imo which would be good value for his price and being a defender.
The last 2 years Pendles has averaged 116 and 118, which is down on his form years before that of mid-high 120's. For the first time in forever i am contemplating not starting with him as i fear he may be around the 115 mark again. not rubbish by any means. but alot of $ to fork out when there...
For mine, I can see gawn and Grundy finishing 1&2 for the year. I reckon Grundy will have a big year. Obviously that is alot of $ and means Ryder in forward line to cover if you want to do that. I currently don't have gawn but if enough rookie options stand up in JLT for rd 1 then I'll find a...
fair enough. was pretty ordinary last year and only averaged 78 so obviously need to be confident he can bounce back. i'd take vlas ahead of him this year given his role change.
I'm not sure what Hartlett has done to justify selection? obviously awkward price. Maric is extremely unlikely to get games. sadly hammer is ahead of him now and nankervis too. there's a fair chance nankervis could get ahead of hammer by rd 1 so i'd be looking at him instead out of those guys...
Sadly not based on anything tangible. I really liked the look of him early on but he's never delivered. I am hoping under a new coach he can get a good run at things and allowed to play his natural style. i have often had the impression though he looks eco and i am not sure whether that is just...
