For anyone whos interested Ben McGlynn will be chatting to Francis and The Ox about leaving the Hawks and moving to Sydney after 4pm on 1116SEN.

Media are falling over each other to talk to Ben. Never had this many interviews while he was at Hawthorn.

Agree. The Media will always try and manufacture any juicy story about the Hawks. The word is envy - 'Hawk Envy'.

I Thought it was a pretty boring interview - now know why the club didnt give him much media.

Sounds like he was shirty that the club didn't declare him a "required" player prior to trade week so Ben placed himself on the market.

Said all the Swans players have been very welcoming but at training he pairs up with Josh Kennedy because "its like first day at a new school when you dont know anybody"

Hoping for a run with role or to play forward of centre like he had at the Hawks.
