Hyundai A-league

Any tips for the upcoming season? I think Phoenix are value, coming off a good world cup their players will be much better off from the experience. Will probably start slow but work they way into it. Listed at $15 to win the thing which is overs I reckon. Gerald Sibon @ $26 to win top scorer is amazingly good value. This guy was scoring regularly for his Eredivise side last year which is a much high standard than the A-League. Couldn't believe it when I saw those odds.

yeh i like the Phoenix aswell, but if you think they will start slowly you might be best to hold off on the $15 and possibly get $20+ in a few weeks time. I think Melbourne Heart will start off slowly too and be one of the better teams later in the year.

on sportingbet North Queensland's handicap for the match against Perth Glory next week is reading 5 instead of 0.5 and paying $2.10.

Awesome thanks for that. Will probably get refunded but worth a go anyway.

Also on that one, thanks for the heads-up. Can't hurt to try.

The Nth Qld handicap has been corrected now, but so far my bet still remains.

Refunded now.

Was worth a try. We can hardly argue it, it was bloody obvious.

Gonna have 100 for each round and put it on one bet only. See how I go anyway

Round 1 i like Adelaide United over Newcastle Jets at 2.25. Playing at home. Improved greatly from last year with signing Van Djik, Flores and Boogard. They have also had the Asian Champs League to allow them to hit the ground running and play against some quality opposition. Jets are spoon contenders this year. Unless Michael Bridges has a good year they will struggle for goals. Only made 2 good signings really which have been offset by the losses of Thompson, Song and Vignaroli who were probably there 3 best last season
