jezza said:Apparently it was also said that a recycle ruckman would be taken with our second pick in the PSD.
depends on who we get up to pick 36 and who is left when it comes to pick 53.mighty tiges said:Unless the ruck rules change back to what they were 2 years ago then picking up McKee would be throwing away a spot on our senior list.
If Moore is promoted and this report is correct then that will give us 30 on our senior list leaving us with 8 picks (picks 1,4,12,16,20,36,52 + PSD pick 1). If we pick up two recycled players then that lessens the number of National draft picks. Given we picked up Jackson at 53 last year (Newman I think was picked up also around this number), IMHO it would be careless of us to pass up on pick 52 to waste it on McKee with a second PSD pick.
Did he? ah ok.londontiger said:Weller only had one year.
He is gone
Agree in regards to Ackland jezza.jezza said:As for the recycle ruckman, Cain Ackland would probably be the first choice if still available at pick 52.
I am concerned by the lack of experienced players now on our list, there is going to be a great expectation on a lot of our kids to be able to step up.
