Tracey Grimshaw - what the ...?

I don't profess to be an expert in this area - but something seems to have radically changed with Tracey Grimshaws face.

It looks as though she's had some major "work" done. Of course, it could be a truck-load of botox injections.

Has anyone else picked up on this ?? Her face seems immobile and unable to express emotions.

It's not a good look.

This story in the Sunday Herald-Sun last weekend is very funny when you consider some of the stories shows like ACA do.

NEW A Current Affair host Tracy Grimshaw has had a major makeover as she prepares to take on Naomi Robson of Channel 7's Today Tonight in the 6.30 week-nights' ratings battle.

The Channel 9 presenter's glamorous fresh-faced look has been the talk of TV circles in recent weeks.
Despite vowing to ask the hard questions of her ACA interviewees, Grimshaw was not happy with queries on how she had achieved her new look.

"Oh, for God's sake. That is just too banal," Grimshaw spluttered.

"I am not dignifying that sort of stuff with an answer.

"When the day comes that blokes get asked those sort of questions I will consider asking them.

"I think it is outrageous. I think it is nobody's damn business."

The glammed-up Grimshaw is taking over from Ray Martin as the host of ACA after nine years at the helm of Today.

"The early starts had started to wear thin," she said. "I was getting up at 2am."

Grimshaw said she would lobby for ACA to do more live interviews, more on-location editions and more major celebrity chats.

Naomi Robson has also had the summer dye job.Bonking footballers must've got her into a habit of blond summer dye jobs.

Tracy Grimshaw (born June 3, 1960) is an Australian journalist and television presenter. Tracy will start as host [of A Current Affair] on January 30th 2006. There is some speculation that she has undergone cosmetic surgery in preperation for her new role.

And no way would I even think of tapping it.

My bad, even after the cosmetic surgery she still looks older than my mum, but isn't.

Never been a fan of hers quite frankly. But I think she looks worse now than she did a year or two ago - what's with the blonde-ish hair? Doesn't suit her! :thumbsdown:

well she was wetting herself in april last year on the morning show. while waiting for my flight back home at the airport i was watching tv. she did a cross and the guy(can't remember the reporters name now) crossed back to her saying, "back to you grimmers". she laughed and said "grimmers!"...i've used to get dikk alot in my early days but not any longer. well it took a second to realise what she'd just said...and said....you know as in "dikk tracey" she couldn't talk for a good five minutes or so. funny stuff

D1ck, you're a tool. If you're going to play the celebrity host you can hardly get upset when people want a look into your personal life.

Remember the irony when you throw the odd curly one during those "major celebrity chats" you (aka your producer) have planned for 2006.

I think she has a male partner,it's just that's she managed to keep her private life hidden from other prying TV journos.
