The Hawks have been the quiet achievers over the summer, assembling an impressive line up and playing some good footy. They will be looking to start 07 with a win at home and show the Sweet FA that they are the real deal. With their opponents having already done that, a win here will make the others sit up and take notice.

The Sharks have been very impressive. This new outfit has not only got a team together, the team itself has shocked the competition with its professionalism and ability. 9 points short of a Preseason Cup Grand Final, the Sharks won the majority of their summer matches. A win here will do them the world of good.

Teams to be in by 9pm AEST 8th March, 2007

Great work FR. Looking forward to the opening match of the season and against a strong team like the Sharks it should be a challenge. A challenge the Hawks will overcome of course.

I don't think anyone has much of an idea. It was named early last year but I think everyone's forgotten it.

Yeah pretty much. I went looking for it at the start of the season. Went through all the recruitment threads and ESH threads. Couldn't find anything so was hoping to just pass it off as CW...
