2. A captain (don't have to do anything if you don't want to, but are able to make positional changes between matches). Kickass, Force

Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas on the following. ( I have put my thoughts down for arguments sake.

Home Ground - Needs to be lush (well watered) as I think our side is carrying a little extra girth. (L.O.L)

Perhaps Elsternwick Park on account of our VAFA teammates??

Name - Nickname /Mascot - Maybe the Benny Cousins Allstars , with an iced up Eagle as our mascot.


Jumper Design - I always like that shocking purple diamond getup that Hawthorn wore in pre season comp several years back. Would be testament to our Team Mascot - Iced up Eagles

Jumper Number - I barz no 69 , failing that 39 will do.

Playing Position - Anywhere close to the playing venues Can Bar - will be just fine. And irrespective of our VAFA Teammates, The can bar is to remain open all hours throughout any given game :) .

Okay the deadline for sorting out these thingies is midnight Monday after this weekend. After that, I MAY accept more info but am not tied to it, I will be starting to make em up myself.

If no team names are resolved by then, the boring geographical ones will stay.
if no nicknames are thought up by then I'll be applying ones randomly from this list :
Bunyips
Cockatoos
Dingoes
Drovers
Galahs
Goannas
Miners
Sparrows
Wallabies

All other stuff (player positions, numbers etc) will be worked out sort of sequentially/randomly by me, for those who have not chosen.

Fixture will be released approx Wednesday. I think we'll have each team play each other 4 times, a quick and simple season of 12 rounds, two matches per round (per week).

I intend the first match to be around about next weekend.

C'arn the whoever-yers're-gonna-call-yerselves!

I think I would probably not be allowed to accept it as a team name ... but if you wanted to call yerselves just Bandits, and keep the 'ass bandit' bit as an underground in-joke ...

Can I just call yers the Donkey Floggers instead?

I would prefer ass bandits, but if we can't use it Donkey floggers sounds alright to me! But if anyones got any other suggestions that is "acceptable" by BF go for it.

Hmm, A little worried about Force's preference for the name ass bandits - Unless you change it to Kickass Bandits : , Donkey Floggers will be just fine :thumbsu:
