Rozza44 new coach of Richmond

It has been announced today that Rozza44 will be taking over as the new coach of the Richmond Football Club. Rozza, who is relatively unknown in the coaching world, has graciously accepted the role, admitting it was a surprise.
" Ive only really coached local footy, with mixed success, so to get a job like this at an AFL Club is amazing. I applied for the job actually just to see the process involved, for the future of my coaching career, but i never really expected to land the job".
Rozza accepts that there will need to be big changes made at the footy club, to bring some much needed success to the club.

His first match will be a Round 1 clash with Melbourne.

Coaches Comment:
A good effort from the boys today. Coughlans return from a knee injury was sensational. Players like Gasper and Polak were dominating the air in defence.
Good to see young Jack Reiwoldt really show what he is made of in his debut.

If it wasnt for a decent last quarter today we would have been completely embarrased. The effort was not good enough. Certain high profile players didnt play big enough role. We were beaten by a far superior team on the day.
