Mt Buller have been a enigma this season, no one has any idea which Demon side will front on game day. The top of the table East Side Hawks encountered a nightmare game which many have asking, "can they bounce back?"

The Demons and Hawks have had some very close finishes in both H&A and finals fixtures recently, with nothing but luck determining who gets bragging rights this round. Perhaps this match will be a different outcome as both clubs look to erase bad losses from the previous rnd.

Mt Bullers "man of the moment" V Townsend was a shining light in the Demons loss, gathering 22 kicks 9 handballs whilst also helping himself to 4.3. 10 Bombers also felt his tackles. Rumours have it that VT is keen to prove his worth in the SFA and this game would have gone a long way in alerting a few of the heavyweight clubs interest. His counterpart EBIAC had 20 disposals but gave away 6 telling free kicks. Eddie also booted 2 goals. Leading Dees FF DtM06 had a shocker kicking 0 goals after tearing it up with 12 in two weeks.

East Side will be almost guaranteed not to performlike they did against West Coast but that has left a few people questioning the Hawks, can they bounce back? Is this the start of a collapse? Will East Side recover from such an embarassing loss? This game will answer most questions. The onball divison and centre line will be looking to get on top of the Demons early, choking them out. Westy07 had a great game to comeback into some form amassing 35 touches and 5 marks. Hawks rover Big Man bounced back from his injury but was left feeling more than dazed by EKA's tackling in the previous game. Capt Wally had perhaps his quietest game of the season, still gathering 21 touches but much like his East Side teamates he was deep in defence trying to stop the bleeding.

A worthy game for the neutral spectator, a heart stopper for the fans.
