That doesn't prove that people are born gay.

The brain keeps growing right up until your early 20s doesn't it? Maybe a choice made at say age 13 causes the brain to grow into the proportions mentioned in that article.

It would be the other way around. Choice made as a result of malfunction/imbalance etc.
