West Coast Wonders vs. Alberton Swamprats
@ Subiaco

These two clubs have not played a game together this year but they know it will be huge. The Alberton Swamprats have entered the SFA and huge a huge impact on it already. This will be no easy task however as they are up against the undefeated West Coast Wonders.
The punters have the odds on West Coast but the Swamprats are hungry for a win and it could just come now. Rick18 will be leading the Wonders onto the ground as of Kerrby’s temporary departure while superstar, Toots Hibbert will captain the dangerous Swamprats as they prepare for battle.
Players to watch for this exciting game at Subiaco from the Wonders are Rick18, peters and Snag Breac. Players to watch for the Swamprats are MannumPower, crazy_big_al and Macca19. All these players have been stand-outs during the year and are ones to keep your eye on.

Peterss: We can not let it get to our head

West Coast Wonders gun midfielder Peterss has tonight faced a packed press conference at Subiaco Oval and has stated that his sides early season form cannot be taken for granted and cannot let it get to their heads ahead of this weekends game against newcomers Swamprats.

"We have won six in a row which from a club point of view is great but we need to respect every side in the competition and cannot let ourselves think that simply showing up is enough to win as it isnt."

"The swampies have shown mixed form this season and they'll be wanting to make a statement coming into the SFA this season...They have some quality players and would love nothing better then knocking off the top team and handing us our first loss of the season...Treat them with respect and keep going about our business like we have been and im sure we will reap the rewards with another win come Sunday night"

Rats to leave West Coast Wondering : Acting captain from last week MannumPower has revealed that the coaching panel will be releasing the team at the last minute due a massive shake-up at the club. the massive shake-up being a cocktail night held on Friday. Toots Hibbert the teams inspiration and rock down back has flagged changes for the team due to an unimpressive last two weeks. "We made some changes last week and it certainly backfired on us, our preseason form has gone missing and we need to find that winning form again" said Toots whilst having a jagerbomb. MannumPower the rats first year player who is having a stellar season was seen having 5 berroccas during training. when questioned about this he mentioned that Toots had said to lighten up on the drinking, he figured if he took the beroccas and drank the two would cancel themselves out. Only time shall tell but the Rats certainly seem focused this week, but will the lack of alcohol hinder or help this misfiring team?

Rats by 12 points in a cracker of a match

This game could be the definitive moment of the rats season, lets smash these hobos.

This is where the party ends for the 6 week Wonders.

Swamprats will head back to Alberton with the points, a giant collective hangover and our bags full of hubcaps. Love these away trips. :thumbsu:

Nice comeback, pity about the accuracy... I'll remember not to use the "edited for" bit again.

How's Didak? Heard he was looking for a free ride to Perth, something about Monday. You'd want him in the side wouldn't you?
