AFL ALL STARS vs. Mt. Buller Demons @ MCG​

Expect the MCG to erupt as the All-Stars of the AFL pay no mercy to the Mt. Buller Demons.


With Tarkyn_24 leaving and thus vacating the Captaincy position, EBIAC and Bomberlegend have stood up to hold the reins. The 7th placed All-Stars may just be a BOT team, but they can still manage to lead the stats in the Goal kicking thanks to Tony Lockett. Lockett has kicked 23 goals in the 8 games played yet which is a good effort considering Gary Ablett is his co-host, booting 16 as well.

Lockett may not be the most accurate, leading the behinds on a total of 16, but he will be the one to stop come Sunday night. StmookeyJ, the veteran, will have the privilege of being 1-on-1 with one of the AFL’s greatest players, Lockett. StmookeyJ may have more experience in the QOOTY area than Lockett, but Lockett is learning quickly and may just out edge Mooks this week.


MagpieGirl, averaging 22.5 possessions a game is doing well in just her second year at the club. MG is also strongly leading the tackles, having a huge amount of 57 leaving behind 2nd placed getter from the Gumbies, Portentous on 49. 5 tackles a game is a huge effort and she should do well come Sunday.

EddieBettsIsAChamp has been training all week on making sure he keeps his frees against at a minimum. He is leading the free kicks against which is something not wanted by any player. Although not being the Umpires favourite player, he still manages to use the ball enough, gathering 21 possesions each game and nearly 5 tackles as well. Watch out for EddieBetts and MG as they will look to tear things up.


Prediction: Demons by 35.
