Seaby to Richmond
Polo and Cassely??? (Never heard of this guy) to West Coast

Sticking point is the draft picks

West Coast want Richmonds 2nd and will give Richmond their 3rd.

Richmond want to swap their 3rd for West Coast 4th pick

We dont need more average players to clog our list. Polo is ok, who is Casserly never heard of him.

Not doubting what you've heard, but I would have thought the last thing the weags need is extra players to add to their list. They are already stretched fairly tightly, I think.

Wow if that is true then WCE have done really well.

Polo is a least solid, Casserly reasonable.

Don't rate Seaby as much so if they are getting those 2 PLUS...geez

Exactly.

Polo has attitude problems reportedly.

Casserly is ex-Swan Districts, don't know much else about him. Struggled with injury this year.

Leave fringe players out of it. Seaby for 26. We might throw in 52 to get it done.

Would there be a big difference in our 2nd round and their 3rd?

Casserly comes from Perth has had hamstring troubles for the 3 years he has been on our list. Poor guy has never had a shot at making it. The only games he's actually played fit coming off a full pre-season was this year vs St Kilda NAB cup game where he looked good. But then proceeded to do his hammy 3 more times this season which finished him off. I cant see how he'd hold any currency but good luck with him if it went through.

Polo would be good for you guys I reckon, I'll be glad to see him getting a fair go away from RFC tbh. Never really been treated fairly at Punt Road for mysterious reasons.

Trent Casserly -In his second year at the club, the West Australian youngster was again forced to spend his time at Coburg and in the medical room, with a hamstring injury ruining the middle part of his season. The budding midfielder showed impressive form at VFL level, enjoying a good finals series. Will be looking to make his AFL debut in 2008.
Draft history: 2005 NAB AFL Draft 3rd round selection (Richmond) No. 40 overall.

Could be another trip to Germany ?????

He used to.

Havent heard any problems since his first year with us where he was sent back to the Coburg Reserves by Terry for his attitude. However since then he's seemed to have played a part with him not getting as as many opportunities as he should have. I guess Terry has a long memory.

Casserley, had he not been contracted, would have been delisted. Good skills when on the park, but the fact is, we've paid for him to be on our list for 3 years and he hasn't played a game. If he does well, all power to him. Hope he does.

I can imagine that 3 years in the rehab centre would make you keen for a change of scenery.

I liked Polo (I like all Tigers), but really he was not getting a go - clearly something between him and TW. Finds it, and by no means a rake, though lacks penetration. Good tagger and shut down Bateman earlier this year.

Would wish both them all the very best, and hope to trade back into the second round.

Good result reaaly. Now, if someone will just take JON and Pettifer we might have about 7 picks at the draft. Good stuff Tiges. Don;'t miss you one bit Greg...
