Just found out sad news for Caleb Tiller with his family home in Buxton being destroyed by the fires. It hits closer to home when its one of our own. He's such a nice kid.

Thinking of you and your family Caleb. Thoughts are with everyone who is suffering at this time.

I guess that's one thing we forgot about. Do any players from Carlton, or any other team for that matter, have family that live in the affected areas?

Never nice to hear such terrible news but if he is looking for a place to stay I think Raheen might have a spare bed or 50!!!

I'm sure the club and the boys will rally around for him and offer all kinds of support.

Brett Ratten is a Yarra Glen boy. I'd venture to say he would know some people affected.

That is disastrous, i met Luke a few times, great bloke and my best wishes go out to him and his family.

Pick 18 and from what I've read she died in a crash whether it was or was not related to the fire I do not know.

yeh calebs house is gone. was a beautiful house his parents built only about 18 months ago. his parents were in melbourne at the time so safe and well but everything they had is gone.
also a lot of calebs mates from school and our footy club from the buxton marysville area lost everything and thornton and eildon still under threat, lets hope it subsides and nothing else is lost.
