Not trying to encourage scalping. Just hoping someone can help. Looking for 2 tickets. My Daughter and I have missed out again in the ballot. No sob story just bloody sad that there will be thousands there that do not even follow football.

Was as easy as posting on bigfooty!?

I'll put my hand up too, need just 1,standing room, pie boy, footy record seller, whatever, just get me in!

I bought 2 corp package tickets for $1300 each for my mum and dad. However, they can't go this weekend as we have to travel overseas this weekend for a family emergency on Saturday morning, she's absolutely shattered and so to am I as I was gonna use them if she couldn't make it.

The detail are below but yeah look for around $1200 or close to it as possible. Don't wanna be too much out of pocket this weekend as well as missing the granny and going to a fam emergency.

Looking for 2 tickets, missed out on ballot, then had some organised but they fell through :(

Apart from Junior wiining last night it's been a prick of a week....PM me if you think you can help ;)

Prefer anything but top deck, the mrs doesn't do heights, but then again she doesn't do me either too often :D

Cheers people

[FONT=&quot]I'm looking for a single ticket anywhere in the ground. Never been to a grand final and would love to see my team win the flag. Willing to play face value and a bit more as appreciation.

suggestions-

if you are still after tickets on saturday morning get on the phone cetre square and some of the other corp scalpers, or just rock up to one and see if they have tickets left them offer them a two or three hundred for the ticket on its own (no package), if they have tickets left hopefully they will take something for them to get rids of them. have heard this works.

also have heard, in the past, that if scalpers get caught the police sometimes give the tickets to the salvos/red cross, who are at the game shaking tins. for a few hundred in the tin the tickets can be brought, alternitivly get in early put $10-20 in their can a say if they come accross any tickets could they hold them for you.

if you really want to go you have to be prepared to go to the game on the morning with a wallet full of cash and work every angle you can, dont rely on a post on bigfooty with 20 other muppets. .

Good story:

i managed to scam a couple of corporate seats in '07 through my old work and put the call out to anyone who really wanted a ticket and I would sell to the most worthy. My housemate's auntie, a 73y/o lifetime Geelong supporter, long-time Geelong member and ex-nun ended up with the ticket. She didn't even mind me swearing too much and spilling beer on her (not that there was much swearing needed at the '07 GF :p )

I put the desperate call out this week for a ticket and guess who came through with the goods..? that's right, old auntie ex-nun.. she won tickets in the Geelong members ballot and got an email from my mate and gave me the call last night.

It's a sign I'm sure ^____________^

PS. was O/S last year so couldn't attend.. took my dissapointment out on unsuspecting early morning runners in one of London's larger parks by wandering drunkenly about sobbing incoherently about some guy called "Fatty Dew"
