Re: Leaked North Fixture
Much more balanced than this years. Travel through the year not just the second half of the year.
Not a big fan of last 5 rounds
Subi, Subia and SCG
Personally i dont think its a legitimate version
seems unlikely we would play Collingwood twice.

Re: Leaked North Fixture
3 of the first 5 are twilight sunday games with PA away in round 1 and Melbourne on a sunday afternoon round 2. Gee, if this is legit they really are pissed off that we didn't go to the Gold Coast.
And when was the last time we played Adelaide at the MCG or in Melbourne for that matter?

I honestly don't think they give us that sort of time. They fill the fixture in from the top with Collingwood, Carlton, Essendon, Sydney, West Coast, Adelaide, Fremantle etc. working their way downwards to us. Whatever we get is simply the leftovers.

Re: Leaked North Fixture
All our home games on Friday night or Saturday bar one v Essendon is good.
Only two home games against interstate sides is good
7 interstate games and one at Geelong is not.
This makes it a 14 game membership compared to 15 last year.

Re: Leaked North Fixture
A possible 14 games in Melbourne? I just bought a 16 home and away membership that has 16 home and away games at the MCG or Etihad, so this cant be right. If so, I want compensation for those 2 games I'm not going to get to see.

Re: Leaked North Fixture
If true it's reasonable for us in recent years. Plenty of Saturday afternoon & night games which gives us a chance at some half reasonable FTA coverage. Only a couple of Friday's which is about usual for us, they are home games but we all know that it's the ratings which are the big deal for Friday's. Wouldn't mind an extra one or two as an away team for a change.
Lack of Sunday games and FTA exposure makes me think that there is no way this is accurate
Still the same teams twice. Still no Essendon twice. I think it's beyond a joke now, for some reason the AFL has decided that Carlton are one of our rivals and we get them twice every year.
P.S. I'm sick of playing Port Adelaide so much and at the two pointy ends.

I'd suggest that is a very good indication that it is not the correct fixture.

We never play Essendon twice.
Why is that?
Seems like we had a good rivalry going.
