Another Hawks game, another MOTR.

With players like me, Biggie, Boncer, me, Gilbert Hodge, me and YOTC, I can't see us losing this one.

Traditionally, the Wonders has always been soft side... Looks like nothing has changed.

Wonders arent a rabble as many would believe, this game wil be a stern test for us over at East Side. Still Im confident we have the cattle to get the job done.

Still, if anyone thought we were a rabble after two successive prelim appearances they'd probably need to get their head checked.

From what I can tell, these days final appearances dont really count....it seems to be the quality of posters and/or amount of posts seem to be the yardstick.

Hmm, true. It's almost like the sim doesn't matter hey? Which is ironic really, considering....you know...that's what the whole thing is about.

This will be a very shallow game for the Hawks. :D
 
The hawks haven't really gone on a recruiting drive for a while. They are persistant in bringing recycled players to the club and this in return is meant to keep their quality posters and players. The hawks will be on the slide in a year or 2 (but like a sydney swans football club). Oh I forgot players don't age in fantasy footy. The same players will still be active in 10 years time

We dont really subscribe to recruiting n00bs. They tend to either a) disappear b) post shite or c) be a regular pain in the arse.

We Hawks had a shocking season just past, yet still made the finals (granted you lot knocked us out)

We wil always be thereabouts, regardless of our posters inactivity. The sim just loves us too much :)
 
Lets hope your sim playing style is able to match our sim playing style. The Wonders have developed a game plan over the off-season and it seems to be progressing well so far
