The Monday Wrap (round 17)
This is where you can tell the world how you went in SC this weekend. There seemed to be a big variation in scores this week. Unfortunately I was on the wrong end of it ...
Score: 2123
Overall ranking: 5944 (down from 5386)
Heroes: Swan, Hodge, Ablett, Judd, Goodes, Rockliff (not enough heroes!)
Villains: Enright again, Gilbee again, Hurn, Clark, Dal Santo, Montagna, Pendlebury, Sandilands, ROK, Podsiadly, Brown (too many damn villians!)
League Status: 9-5, 8-6, 8-6 (looking shaky for finals in BF div 4 but my % may be enough to hold on)
Injury concerns: Goodwin, Montagna (?), HShaw, Shuey
Trades: Depends on how Goodwin pulls up.
Vent: So-called premium defenders are doing my head in! Not having Malceski = key weakness in my team.
Kudos: Swan C and Ablett for hitting back into form.
Thoughts: Not a good week for teams that don't have Selwood or Swan (I don't have Selwood). Really disappointed to drop 600 places after I was making slow but steady progress upwards.

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2070
Overall ranking: A touch over 15000th (from 14000th)
Heroes: Not many - Hodge, Selwood - thats about it.
Villains: The rest.
League Status: 3rd - anything top 4 will do.
Injury concerns: Silvagni - a few on the bench but they arent concerns, theyre written off...(playfair, jkt)
Trades: Hille for cash, Barlow > Ablett (and change, hehehehe)
Vent: None - i am in my 'pre finals with some trades up my sleeve' mode.
Kudos: Hodge for reminding me to NEVER take the big C off him again.
Thoughts: All of my potential targets for upgrading are at or fast approaching their price low - time to acquire those that take me to a premiership.

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2163
Overall ranking: Shithouse
Heroes: Surprisingly, a few. Hodge, Goodes, Malceski, Waite, Judd, Didak, Rockliff, GAJ.
Villains: Montagna, Gilbee, Enright, Sheppard, NDS, Brown, Sandilands, Chapman.
League Status: Won all 3, 2nd in the one that matters.
Injury concerns: Davis (Great MPP flexibility), Montagna, Hille, Brown,
Trades: Hoping to avoid them but maybe Moore (MPP) into the back line for either Webberly OR Sheppard.
Vent: Some pretty ordinary scores but won my games so no probs really.
Kudos: Pav, Goddard, Boomer. Warnock for saving me from a donut that I wouldn't of traded to cover. Considering I won by 50 points and he scored 53, VERY happy.
Thoughts: Tempted to trad in Roo but don't want to use the trade. Besides, it would put Rockliff on my bench and he's on fire. Seriously thinking I'll give Brown one more week and hope he fires. If he does, good, no loss and save me a trade. If not, still not in any worse spot really.

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2416
Overall ranking: 3889 (down from 6166, down from 10,000 two weeks prior)
Heroes: Swan (Captain), Hodge, Ablett, Judd, Goodes, Rockliff, Selwood,
Villains: Gilbee again, Dal Santo, Sandilands, Podsiadly, Carazo
League Status: 9-5, (looking to break into top 4 for finals in BF div 20 big percentage boost this week beat opponent by 900, playing lesser oppononet this week so may just achieve this)
Injury concerns: Silvagne
Trades: Trying to fit Rewoldt in
Vent: Carazo gets some more possessions
Kudos: Swan and Ablett Selwood and Goodes and Moles .
Thoughts: hope they keep playign moles

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2245
Overall Ranking: 379 ( 56)
Heroes: Swan (C), Hodge, Scotland, Selwood, Ablett, Goodes

League Status: N/A
Injury Concerns: Shaw, Shuey
Trades: Still 1 left, Can't decide what to do. Will wait for Geelong restings and then probably avoid a donut with the last.
Kudos: Swan, Selwood, Ablett and Hodge. A captaincy dilemma approaching.
Thoughts: Just plodding along, waiting to use my last trade...

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: : 2165 - a disaster with premiums galore not firing.
Overall ranking: ~2,000, down 150.
Heroes: Swan, Goodes, Cooney, Rockliff.
Villains: Enright, Bartel, Sandilands, ROK, Cox, Brown. Montagna and NDS forgiven due to injuries.
League Status: Undefeated.
Injury concerns: Montagna, NDS, Shuey, H. Shaw
Trades: Glad I traded out Kurt Tippett - it was a calculated risk and a trade which will pay dividends, as I had no use for him as F8 come finals time. Value plummeted $50k+, and will plummet another $80k+.
Vent: Corey Enright, you are a disgrace. Should have brought in Malceski instead of you - your scoring is Presti-like in the past few weeks. Also - only 7 players above 100 points!!!
Kudos: Dane Swan - captain saved me from a terrible score.
Thoughts: Swan to be perma-captain - opponents can't stop him. Also - to bring in Chappy or not?

League Status: cash league (just moved into first after being 2nd for 9 weeks)
league 2- 1st with 1 loss (first game),
league 3- 1st but equal with 2nd and versing him this week
Injury concerns: none on field but got only 2 playing reserves which aint good
Trades: 4 left and 208k... planning on going
roberton > cash, webberly > cash
leunberger > sandi, waters > lake (most likely on them but will see how situation goes, trading first final)
Vent: None this week, but if anything rok gilbee gilbert and enright please lift your scores a bit please?

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2179
Overall Ranking: 5,583 up 13 spots
Heroes: Ablett (C), Selwood, Hodge, Murphy, Cross, Malceski, Goodes
Villains: Enright, ROK, Cox and Sandilands
League Status: 1st - 14-0, 3rd - 10-4, 3rd - 11-3
Injury/Suspension Concerns: Montagna, Waite but heard he got off
Resting/General Soreness concerns : Montagna, Enright, Podisadly, Cox, Sandilands??
Trades: None at this stage, 4 left and comfortably in all finals
Thoughts: Overall ranking has dropped badly as have trades which has driven me to focus on league status. Is it time to ditch Gaz as he looks to be played more of a fwd?? Starting to get concerned about the 'general soreness' bug..

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2123
Overall ranking: 2264 up 502 places to 2 951 overall.
Heroes: Swan, Selwood, Ablett, Hodge, Simpson, Lake, Malceski, Scotland, Rockliff, Murphy
Villains: Montagna, ROK, Cox, Sandi,
League Status: Win up to 5th in BF Div 3. Fortunately due to other results I have the security of knowing I cannot miss the finals. Win this week and I may grab 4th spot.
Injury concerns: Montagna, plus Pods or other Cats players "general soreness"
Trades: Fyfe > Roo, although I will wait to see the teams come out as if Montagna doesn't play, or players get rested, I may need to change my trade thoughts.
Vent: Fyfe dropping another 20k. I was hoping to be able to use the least amount of $ to upgrade you. And ROK, who would have thought a month ago you would be MUCH WORSE than Goodes!
Kudos: Selwood and Swan. And Gazza for scoring something decent even though you're still playing forward. Simpson and Scotland for finally rewarding my buys of you.
Thoughts: First time this year inside the top 3000! Though it's all about league for me, I am happy to know that after round 8 I was outside the top 14k, and since then it's been steadily climbing back. Hopefully I can finish inside the top 3k.

Re: The Monday Wrap (round 17)
Score: 2209
Overall ranking: 1110 up from 1142
Heros: Captain Selwood, Hodge, Malceski, Waite, Rockliff, GAJ, Jolly, Gia
Villains: ROK (WHAT THE!), Montagna, Gilbee, Enright, Brown, Sandilands,
League Status: 2nd/4th/1st
Injury concerns: Montagna, Shaw
Trades: PODS > Roo
Vent: Frustratingly lost my cash league game to a guy playing 2 short.
Kudos: Super Selwood! Amazingly even crept up a few spots overall, hoping to crack the top 1000 by years end.
Thoughts: 5 trades & 100k left, Thinking of a PODS > Roo trade. He's had 3 games to warm up and looked good Friday night. Too good to pass up with the Saints awesome run home.

great effort, hopefully you hold on.....or maybe i can come from the clouds, no i can't even though my ranking is at the highest it has ever been for me
score....2329
overall ranking....360
heroes....swan (c), selwood, ablett, hodge, malceski, goodes and a few others over 100 points
villains...ryan o'keefe, enright, sandilands, dal santo, mitchell
league status..doing well, not overally fussed about league to be honest
injury concerns...goodwin?? what is going on there?
trades...only three left and each one of them counts big time, i played with a donut in defence after goodwin's late withdrawal, h shaw out, silvagni out, so, hopefully at least one returns....will probably go fyfe to riewoldt if the coin holds up
thoughts...hopefully the luck of injuries holds up, hopefully a few other players get injured, i know it's wishful thinking even if it's not right, but hopefully montagna, chapman have a little twang of a hammy or something sometime soon
