A match with huge repercussions for both sides. Vic Country have been exceedingly lucky coming from behind in both games to salvage a draw against Western Australia and pip Vic Metro by a solitary point. They need another win to guarantee themselves a spot in the final. The Allies have been disappointing in this seasons carnival. Being outclassed in both games they desperately need a win to salvage some pride.
