We have to win this week, cause if we don't, we will have the Furies next week, and that's about our most assured loss of the season.

Unless of course if the Furies win this week.

Either way, we shouldn't worry, its not as if its actually possible we could lose this week.

Still snickering at that final round two seasons ago. Dropped the Wonders out of the four with a nice big kathuminpination. Put the Furies in, and they went on to win the flag.

Which was a setup as we knew that would overextend the furies and reduce them to being unable to win a game two seasons later.

This is one of those 'must win' games if we are to be taken as a serious premiership threat. The Roys are kind of like the SFA equivalent of North Melbourne, fans full off passion and commitment, always 'there abouts' but just not able to truly compete with the big boys of the SFA. 'The Roys Spirit' you could say.

Wonders need to get over our two byes and push back into the winners circle. It isn't good enough to just STUMBLE to the end of the season in first place, I want to see us CRUSH the opposition week after week so that when it comes to finals time, they are just too scared to even show up.

Having said all this, we need different motivation this week since we'll never actually face The Roys in the finals...they just won't make it there. So, this week is all about reminding them what a real SFA team truly looks like, one that has been around since the very beginning, winning a flag and consistently fighting for more glory. Sure, we have come to our knees a few times and nearly lost the battle to survive, but we have and it is THAT gritty determination to survive and thrive that we need to use to SMASH The Roys this week!
