Pull your head out, drop the biases you have towards and West Coast player and realise that Heppel is indeed a better player than Shuey, don't get me wrong Luke's a gun but he's not quiet as good as Dyson. No I don't go for Essendon.

Ed Curnow - most underrated player in the league. A quality tagger who collects the ball and does the right things, unlike a Picken or a Crowley who just annoy and pester and don't contribute to the offence Curnow is a freaking gun in the Kane Kornes mold of 8 years ago

Looking at careers, Cross is more so a dogs player, underrated career.
Col + Jamar have never got the recollection they deserved due to the lack of wins.

I'd say all of the players he listed are pretty well rated, they should be making most peoples AA squad. Only exception might be Treloar who flies under the radar because of the team he plays for.

Tom Lonergan to me is overrated, whenever he's one on one i feel like he looks shaky, and offers nothing with that ball.

Priddis is rated highly by the umpires, but a lot of Eagles fans want him gone.

Grundy if anything is massively overrated. May well be a good player in the future but at the moment he's not good. He's competitive and has a crack but a lot of better rucks running around at the moment.
