Absolutely the right decision. Very limited player. My criticism was always that although the ball came to him he was unable to release a teammate or improve our position on the field with his possessions. Jobe has an uncanny football smarts when he can release a player on the outside with a look-away handball or an underground handball or a dinky little sideways kick. I've never seen NOB do this even once.

Seems like a nice guy though so I hope he finds success in whatever he does.
