Thought he showed tremendous leadership on Friday night, was very good to see, he is growing as a player and as a club we desperately need him to take that next step. He got a few clearances, and is more then capable of stints in the midfield.

Loved seeing him stream through the middle breaking away at pace, thats what we need to inject into our midfield. We have the grunt (swallow, Ziebell, Cunnington), we have the defensive taggers in Gibson and Jacobs, we just need some flare.

If I was a coach (and I'd be awesome, don't you worry) I'd have a quota by quarter of team offloads to Atley.

6 minimum per quarter.

i.e - quarter time, Crocker holds up the whiteboard, Brad says: 'good job everyone, 6 offloads to Atley that quarter, right on target.'
