I was at Freo oval this AM and a few of the boys were out on the track.
Was impressed with Faulkes who looked bulked and fit running laps and run throughs
Doubtful with the effort he was putting in that he will be on the delist radar
Pav also running laps . Menegola and Mzungu running laps with Menegola looking to have put on heaps of muscle. The new bulk didnt seem to harm his running ability with Mzungu jogging and Menegola literally sprinting lap after lap. Both Menegola and Faulkes look to be geeing themselves up to have a big crack at it this season

Any signs of Anthony, Crichton or Robo? Did they emerge with a cardboard box full of stuff, shaking hands and waving goodbye or was it a security escort to the car park?

That's not the style of the new Fremantle Dockers

The highlight of this report is that Pav was at training the first day back. The long-termers aren't due back for a few weeks.

I'd prefer to see Tendai split between grappling practise, aikido, and launching himself at a series of body bags with photos of dane and jobe on them

His body shape is fine for his role
aikido would be awesome. should be a standard training component.

Faulks has been a machine for last two years, if he does it again this year, he's a shoein

Only game i can remember of him in purple he almost killed himself

always a good sign

He's done all the right things since arriving at the club. I think he will move ahead of Silvagni next season...

That was such a horrific sight to see. Poor guy. I really hope he gets a couple of games next season, because he really tries his guts out. He was close towards the end of this season when we played Adelaide, and McPharlin was suspended after the derby.
