Couture is getting pissed at his useless GM and defence. Seriously the defence is a shambles. Hannan and Irwin would not get a game for another team in the league. Burns is still a work in progress but because we lack another player like him he has to play too many minutes. Braun and Vlasic are great together. Dillon is serviceable but having to play with Burns.

I'd take any reasonably fair trade now, if nothing reasonable comes up they'll wait. Someone will go before the deadline, maybe Bozak.
