Post your clubs preseason schedules in here and discuss how each side is shaping up for the 2014/15 season. Who's looking sharp? Which youngster is going to have a breakout season? Any injuries?

Liverpool kickoff tomorrow at 5pm UK time against Brondby (Brondby Stadium), they then play:

19th July - Preston (Deepdale)
23rd July - Roma (Fenway Park, Boston)

International Champions Cup:
27th July - Olympiacos (Soldier Field, Chicago)
30th July - Man City (Yankee Stadium, NY)
2nd August - Milan (Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte)
4th August - Poss. final in Miami

10th August - Borussia Dortmund (Anfield)

Very exciting schedule against some strong sides. The World Cup contingent of the squad will be back in time for the tour of America, but the next 2 games will be a good chance to see promising youngsters like Tiago Ilori, Emre Can, Suso, Joao Teixeira, Jordon Ibe and hopefully Lazar Markovic get an opportunity to impress alongside regular first teamers like Agger, Lucas, Allen & Coutinho.

Was wondering where one of these had gotten to.

Our first pre-season fixture is four days away, and we've recently announced a Pre-Season friendly against Stuttgart taking place after our Europa matches but pre-EPL.

and by stormer i mean he was completely ******* trash

denayer and bossaerts looked impressive, rodwell looked fit and fernando was everywhere. not much else to write home about, very rusty and was mainly about getting the players that we currently have get moving again. huws and big willy were the only ones to play the 90 mins. big willy's first contribution in a city shirt was saving a pen. not bad

First friendly last night against Oldham, 2-1 loss for us but we played a mix of first team players and kids and from accounts, seemed to take it more as a fitness exercise than a proper hit out.

Best bit of the game being a cracking goal from new signing De Jong!

My lads are in a training camp in Austria at the moment. I believe we're playing Werder Bremen at some point.

Unsurprisingly, Blackpool have canceled their pre season tour to Spain as they currently only have 8 first team players.

Cannot believe that. Just cannot believe how much disarray that club is in.

Spurs are off to America again. Will play against Defoe and Dempsey.

Lamela, who did no PR after the new year, has featured a lot with MP. Expect him to play a big role.

Do you know if Robertson played for Dundee, and if so if he was any good? He's their LB.

So did City lose their first preseason match?

We just lost our first preseason match overnight. Lost against Brondby 2-1 with Brondby's winner coming in extra time.

Standout's for Liverpool were Coutinho, Ibe and Flanagan. Ilori picked up an injury but not sure how bad.

Yeah, 2 nil I'm pretty sure.

Typically rusty performances in our first hitout of the season, created a lot of chances but didn't make the most of them. From our perspective it was good to see several youth players getting an opportunity, but Coutinho and Ibe were comfortably the best players on the pitch.

Coutinho v Brondby:

He looks like he's just one of those players who doesn't need preseason! His mind and his feet are 10 steps ahead of everyone else (including Borini unfortunately who really should have made more of the several times he was played in by the Brazilian). Some lovely little bits of skill, and I don't think he was legitimately tackled once in the entire time he was on the pitch.

Jordon Ibe v Brondby:

Another excellent preseason performance to go with his MOTM display against Shamrock Rovers a few weeks ago, this 18 year old continues his rise up the ranks. He is immensely strong, balanced, lightning fast, skillful, and capable of playing anywhere across the front 3. For a player his age there are very few weaknesses to his game (he just needs to work on his finishing!). It'll be interesting to see what happens with him this season; he could easily go out on loan to another Premier League club but Rodgers might want to keep him around until Christmas to work with him in training and potentially use him in a few of the cup games before sending him out on loan in January. I wouldn't be surprised if he was the next player from our academy to make the step up to being a regular in the first team.
