Alright thanks for the research guys, didn't know if it went by H&A standings and if not then wether PA were ahead or behind us.

Is it just me or does it seem fairer to determine draft order by H&A standings not finals? I'm nitpicking and probably throwing sour grapes but I would hesitate to reward Geelong/Fremantle with a higher pick for crashing out of finals earlier than expected... in other words shouldn't NM and PA be rewarded for a statistically overachieving finals campaign rather than punished?

I believe they are bringing this in retrospectively this. We are in for a treat from the '07 crop.

It had nothing to do with us. Collingwood knocked out West Coast who were 3rd after the H&A.
